Even with the clusters of tulips toward the bottom, a classic spring flower, this image to me is the essence of summer. Beautiful nature in full glory with the tree and blue sky, and the hot air balloon which is a sight in summer skies only, at least where I live. The UFO makes me think of the lovely daydreaming and fantasy of long summer days; I'd say this captures well my favorite season.
