Rainbows- An experiment

OK, this one has a bit of a story I suppose. I was playing around with the pen stroke tool putting little streaks in peoples' hair, and this happened.

I decided that I wanted to make this pictures look like a sort of 'cartoon', so I brushed over the high, low, and medium tones of the hair with a soft brush to make it look less detailed, and used the smudge tool to take out some of the details in her top and skin. Also did a bit of a recolour job, as you may notice. :3

Anyway, I just thought this looked kind of cool, so here it is!
